KNOW BEFORE
YOU MAKE

Meet FORM.1, our first AI manufacturing decision model.

01 / 05 Complexity

SEE THE HARD PARTS EARLY.

Geometry, tolerances and process demands. Understand what makes a part difficult before you commit.

  • Geometry & accessibility
  • Tolerance requirements
  • Process demands

Designed to surface the reasons behind a complexity judgment.

02 / 05 Quality risk

KNOW WHERE QUALITY IS AT RISK.

Connect part requirements with historical quality outcomes. Identify the features and operations that deserve closer inspection.

  • Critical dimensions & features
  • Process and treatment risks
  • Inspection requirements

Quality judgments connect requirements, inspection evidence and historical outcomes.

03 / 05 Material

THE RIGHT MATERIAL. IN CONTEXT.

A grade name is only the beginning. Bring material condition, manufacturing process and part requirements into the same decision.

  • Grade & condition
  • Process compatibility
  • Certificates & missing evidence

Grade, condition and provenance matter. Make missing material evidence explicit.

04 / 05 Feasibility

MATCH THE PART TO THE PROCESS.

Evaluate a part against manufacturing routes and supplier capabilities. Make the reasons for a match, or a mismatch, visible.

  • Manufacturing route
  • Supplier & machine capabilities
  • Technical constraints

Technical feasibility and commercial fit are distinct judgments.

05 / 05 Availability

CONNECT DECISIONS TO REALITY.

Combine the decision model with current material stock, lead times and supplier capacity. Know which options are available when they matter.

  • Material stock & reservations
  • Supplier capacity
  • Lead times & delivery constraints

Availability depends on the freshness of connected stock and capacity data.

OUR EXPERIENCE.
YOUR MODEL ACCESS.

FORM.1 brings manufacturing data and expertise into a structured decision model. Connect your teams, tools and workflows to the same intelligence.

From technical drawings and part requirements to supplier decisions and quality outcomes. Our advantage is the experience connecting them.

KREATIZE / MANUFACTURING

FROM DECISION.
TO DELIVERED PART.

FORM brings manufacturing context to your decisions. KREATIZE connects your requirements with the people, processes and quality expertise that turn them into parts.

  • CNC machining, sheet metal & more
  • Supplier matching & quality management
  • One partner, from request to delivery

Keep your workflow. Add manufacturing context.

The CLI extracts and searches local evidence. Engineering predictions require validated models; availability requires current stock and capacity. Uploads and RFQs require your confirmation.

THE EVIDENCE
BEHIND THE STORY.

The positioning on this page was supplied by KREATIZE: millions of manufacturing data relations, quality compliance and high-precision manufacturing knowledge, with over 10 years of operational data from a global supply network.

A read-only database assessment on 2 October 2026 identified part requirements, supplier decisions, complaints and inspection records as inputs for developing a new model. These sources overlap and require preparation and validation.

FORM.1 is the first model in a continuing series. The model response format connects a decision with its focus areas and missing evidence. Availability decisions depend on current stock and capacity inputs.

The MCP section describes the integration workflow. Connection details and access are provided during onboarding; this page does not expose a callable FORM.1 MCP endpoint.

Generated component imagery illustrates the product vision; it does not depict an audited customer part.
